How was this gonna stop leakers again? And why don't you get the message the people on Scriptfodder gave you yesterday? This ain't gonna work out mate.
I feel like this tool/addon is really shady and unclear. First of all from the players perspective, I wouldn't really care if a server used leaked addons. Second, how are you sure that the server is still using leaked addons? And third, what if you decide to ask people money for the certification? Or even when a server owner requests a certification, you couldn't detect any leaks or scams but he still does this. Then the certification would really mean nothing.
Only thing I like is the ability to check for scamming, which still isn't really scamming since it's a donation.
EDIT: Don't see this as an attack, it's still some good coding. Try to come up with better ideas if you want to release it.
To add on to DJReFor. I'm wondering how you're going to get people who're using leaks to add this addon on their servers. And don't say it's just so people who aren't using any leaks to prove themselves because there will be tons of servers which don't have the addon and also don't use any leaks. If you ask me, you're wasting your ( and our ) time.

This addon is clientside (You can see that if you'd take a look on GitHub). No need of servers to put this on their server.The next thing is: See it as a practice, maybe I won't release it, but I still would like to see how my code is in your opinion...
Unless you use hacks, you shouldn't be suppost to be able to run lua on clientside without the server's permission.
About your code. It ain't bad, but it isn't rocket sience what you did. Seems more like a small practice/test with the http library.

So this is clientside based? Lmao you'd need the server to have sv_allowcslua 1 on or its useless (not counting gay ass bypassing)
Edited Also if you blacklist IPs, what if in 1 year its a new owner on same IP (think of server providers man, they dont buy a new IP for every customer).

Come on guys forget about it... I'll just end the whole project now. Luna I already mentioned like 5 or more times that this is a practice and I want people to rate my code. Aswell I already told you that there is no PHP Code. I already wrote this 3-4 times yesterday...
