gmodstore support API?

I'd like to have some more features on support tickets, but I don't want to inconvenience customers by making them use a system outside gmodstore. It'd be nice to have something like this:

R get all tickets - {date, user, script}

R ticket by id - {message(s){date,user}}

W post message by id and message

W open/close ticket

maybe webhooks

  1. newTicket {ticketID, sid64, message)
  2. ticketAnswer {ticketID, sid64, new_messageBody) (Not triggered when closing/re-opening ticket)

Ye, I'm 100% in agreement with webhooks and a support ticket api in general. But from Lapins Trello post, doesn't look like the webhooks are gonna happen :( https://trello.com/c/Pr183IZa/70-webhooks-for-tickets

It's pretty useless to have ticket api if you don't want to put people onto your site, the only thing ur gonna do is operate from your site instead of gmodstore which idk why you'd do because gmodstore tickets work fine for what they are.

Not to mention the only real useful thing would be read so we can fetch all the tickets and import them but that's pretty much it.

I want to change my own experience with support tickets without making it a burden on customers. I don't see why it is useless to want to have more control over tickets. I think the ticket current system is a bit too simple.
