Quick question [emergency]
Sorry to bother you guys but ticket wont be fast enough.
People that used Billy's whitelist script. Does that script make lua files inside ur server? For example if i uninstall blogs do a few lua scripts still remain in the server? I want to know so im sure this will fix my issue maybe with a server reinstall.
I don't personally own it, so I'm not sure, but have you checked the Data folder?
Check your data folder, you may find something related to billy's log, I don't recommend removing anything from there though, also, check the messages I wrote on the job you made.
Most (If not all) of bwhitelist/blogs's data is stored within the database. So you'd have to go through the hassle of removing the tables. But with the actual addon uninstalled, they're harmless. I suggest opening a ticket with Billy for more information, he's fast to respond.

blogs is stored in sqllite unless you configure mysql same with bwhitelist
if you delete one, the other will be just fine, billy's not that dumb so he didn't name the tables the same as his other scripts.

only files he populates inside the data/ folder is for blib mostly
