Server Optimization Tips?

I tried almost everything I could.I dont use lots of shit addons from workshop.
I configure the server.cfg with caculation
sv_minrate 0
sv_maxrate 18555
sv_minupdaterate 10
sv_maxupdaterate 93
Wat else should I do to increase performance?( When players join the server they will get high FPS,but they will get laggy and laggy when they playing on the server)
and driving cars is just like teleporting :/
Well driving cars in Gmod regardless will trash your fps. Remove any weather systems, try to limit the amount of total entities players can spawn, things like that
