Terms of Service:

1. Any sale with the payment exceeding $50 will require a 50% up-front if I request it.
2. You will cover transaction fees.
3. I can decline any request I want. I may also do so during the deal, if you have paid upfront, all funds will be refunded to you.
4. If the client (you) abort during the deal process, I will charge for the hour [overall time] I have spent with a salary of $10. This is to prevent me wasting a lot of time on a customer that is never happy.
5. I will be allowed to use all content I create (drafts, mock-ups, references, color schemes, finished work) as I please.
6. I will not disclosure the final design before payment / release.
7. Proper credibility must be given if stated in end-product.
8. What you pay is an exclusive license for the end product, not ownership of the artwork/overall design itself.
9. Depending on the type of work you will be granted ownership if I allow it.
10. If the work has multiple owners, you must state that before the deal is concluded.
11. I have all rights to keep source files.
12. I will provide you a copy of your work once, after that you'll have to pay a $2 fee.
13. Any and all incomplete requests will be refunded.
14. If any charge-back of payment occur, your license/ownership will become null and void, and will no longer be allowed to use the artwork/design in anyway. I can take legal action if this is not enforced.
15. I will decline all work that deals with: racism, homophobia, ageism, sexism, or hate-speech.
16. Negative behavior is not tolerated.
17. The terms of service stated as I start working/any payment as come through, is the ones that count.
