Keeping ideas safe....

Scriptfodder i'd consider is a bit of a grey area with some developers, i'd imagine most of you are professional and are not just smart 15yr olds in for some cash...
But how do you protect an idea for a script when hiring a dev for work, to protect the idea from them either making it themselves if you don't agree on price or similar? (not that i'm cheap)
I'm looking for a serious/mature dev to complete some work but at the same time I want to protect my idea and I assume things like NDA/Agreements are difficult to make legal due to being (potentially) in different countries?
Really no way to protect them. You can have them sign as many legal contracts as you want, but unless you feel like dropping a lot of money to try and prosecute them, you're out of luck.
Enough to protect it on SF at least would to have some sort of legal document protecting you, and if they release/try to submit a script on here that you can prove was protected, we can at least ban them.
Hmm thanks. I want it owned outright including the idea, eventually it will go onto the workshop for free for everyone to use, but initially we want it for our server until it's ready to go.
