You have to unlock the car and once you place the npc and car spawn wait with the server up for like an hour and it all saves even though it says 5 minutes

It is 5 minutes, it's running a timer.

**No offense but I HOW TO UNLOCK The Car **!!!!!! 1 I spawn the NPC 2 I create a spawn point 3 Wait an hour whenever i spawn a car **spawns the car on the npc **not on the spawnpoint ???? Spawn point has disappeared. What am I doing wrong 4 How do I save this 5 How do I remove the npc figure?
