How much would a map edit cost for RP_DOWNTOWN_V4C_V2 and to change the name of that map to RP_DOWNTOWN_OBEY

Ill edit the map name for 30$, someone else will edit the map for you.

I need to add a mining area, more buildings, and etc.

You are going off topic on your own thread.

Anyway, it depends on what kind of change you want, for example: do you wanna add a little logo or change a few textures or do you wanna make downtown the size of evocity?

Basically we need some more information about your changes, if you are looking for someone, make a job in the gmod store Jobs section. I highly suggest you wait and sketch a map or be more descriptive about your changes before you make the job and set a budget.

Please ensure you provide a little more details than "a mining area, more buildings... ect". Depending the severity of the so called edits, will depend on the price.
