Does anyone know how to Optimize?

Hello All, I am just wondering if anyone knows how to Optimize, Fix Crash & Exploits on a DarkRP server?
I dont know the price but am willing to pay
Then make a job, or don't install a million useless addons on your server.
There aint ALOT and all are used for RP
My main concern is people crashing it constantly without me finding the fix
