suggestion: addon for songs in the car.

This addon: https://www.gmodstore.com/scripts/view/2966/car-stereo is the best addon that I and many of my players saw, unfortunately the author gave up the addon and left us with hands tied, someone with high knowledge could do something similar? an addon that can implement a sound in the vehicle with songs from youtube, and it would be nice also an option to adjust the volume of the song, I know many owners of servers that would buy an addon like that.

I do not know if this forum area is for that, if not for that I'm sorry ;-;
