When you buy something from gmodstore and it doesn't give you the purchased item:

think of it like a clogged pipe, you buy luna's script, it'll add to the clogged pipe (aka the pending purchases) and then the pipe will burst and everything will come through

If you make a purchase on gms, and you don't get the product, that is because PayPal's API has done goofed up again (as it always does). A buyer goes to paypal to pay, and after the payment is complete, PAYPAL is suppose to send information back to gms saying:

Sup, this dude just made a successful payment to us, here's what they ordered

And then our site then grants you the script access so that you can download it. So in your case, you went to paypal, made your purchase, and then paypal pretty much replied with:

ERMAGERD I AM TOO FULL

And pretty much sent nothing back to us.

So, you've got two options:

Option 1 Wait for paypal to decide to push the information to us which could take a bit because there's no telling how backed up it is. OR

Option 2 PM the developer you bought the script from with your paypal email address, invoice number. amd which script you bought, and he/she can grant you manual access.

Support on Luna 2 is good, had issue where to leak it, since leak forums are down. But he was fast to reply.
