Purchased addons not working

1. Gamemode?
2. Server OS (Windows/Linux)?
3. Screenshot of addons directory, how exactly have you installed said addons?
4. How are they not working? Are there any errors or do they just not load at all?

How is the file structure within said addons? Open up one of the 3 addons you name an make a screenshot of its folder structure please

Have you definitely fully restarted your server after installing them? (sounds stupid but i've seen it before)

Also check in your console if you're even getting logs from the addons loading on startup? You said you didn't think they were loading because you weren't seeing them in-game but that's not a great way of telling.
