Billing/Support Issue - Need Mod

So I was buying a bunch of small scripts the other day and I come across an issue the next. I check my PayPal and I'm seeing this- "Bank Account - Refund Sent. Then it displays a small fee. Little do you know the fee was the exact price of the scripts I bought.

I go on sf and see more notifications that I already saw when I bought them. I'm talking about "Thank You for purchasing - example script".

I'm either crazy or it's charging me twice for the scripts I bought. I'm getting emails that I tried to pay for something.

I'm pretty sure its acting like I bought the scripts twice. Will try to get screenshots later (on mobile).
