People keep timing out when they join my server
People keep timing out when they join my server. How can a fix this? We use every addon we have installed and this is losing me lots of players. Any help will be appreciated.

Is it a listen server, or a dedicated server?
listen. I rent it though
They time out during the Sending Client info part of the log in
Who hosts your server?
Are there any errors?
Can you yourself get into the server without timing out?

- Yes. It's just new people trying to join that time out.
Does the client that's joining get any errors in their console? Can be either Lua or Source.
Not sure they don't join back and they wouldn't pay attention to stuff like that.
On a scale of 1-10 for how difficult it is to diagnose things like this, you're currently sitting somewhere around 11
Unless you can get client logs/diagnosis from a player trying to join, there really isnt much we can do to assist.
Clear all of your player data to make the server consider you as "new", then test it.
