Minor bug I found, not sure what the conditions are to determine the count but I noticed a discrepancy in the numbers: Screenshot

The tab at the top says 16 open tickets, but the button just above the ticket list says 19.

Probably means "Unread tickets"

No. I have 13 tickets on both buttons, though.

Oh, and there is a space after the number in the Closed Tickets button.
