Please Stop Doing This
I am so sick of people filling the Job section of Gmod Store with shit like this. Where someone asks for a simple script that they want custom that they probably won't use that much for like $10. Now I know it isn't my choice what people do with their money but seriously why waste 5-10 dollars on a simple script that a play won't use that much. For example I was recently looking at the Jobs on Gmod Store and I came across some guy that was asking for a CUSTOM STEAM GROUP ADDON and his reasoning for wanting the script was because he didn't like how some of them looked and that he wanted something custom. I mean seriously you want a custom steam group addon for $10 that a player will only see ONCE! are you kidding me, seriously.

It's your opinion that they're "idiots" - but truth is if they want something custom then it's great they pay for it.
Your logic falls under the same premise of a company paying for a custom site/forums. Why should they do that if there's free versions that exist?
A company would be buying a custom site/forums because they use it a lot and so it would look professional if they made it custom.

What's to say a server doesn't want to look unique and stand out? It's bragging rights as well to state "Well I have this made custom!"

$10 is nothing. Are you kidding me? That's literally pocket change for most people unless you have bills to pay, and even then you need to be living paycheck to paycheck for that to be a substantial amount (and you shouldn't be hosting a server if that's the case)
And again - if they have the money and want to spend it, let them. That goes towards someone who will be able to use it for something they need/want.
Let's say someone wanted a steam group addon that fit their theme? Perhaps all the currently available ones don't fit the design of the server? Or maybe they want a very specific feature that is currently unavailable in all purchasable addons?
You could apply this to anything. Someone wants a custom drug making addon? Ye, there's like 8 on the market but they may want specific things. Or they may want the addon to work in a very specific way.
You're just being ignorant...
If the job creator wants to spend $10.00, that's his deal. You do with your money what you want, and let them do as they want. $10.00 is nothing. In fact a lot of the jobs I see placed on the market are completely UNDER-PRICED. I've dealt with clients who want back-end features that are used VERY RARELY on websites, and it cost upward of $500.00USD or even $1,000USD. If you're having issues spending $10.00, then I'd focus on my studies first, get a great job, and then think about Garry's Mod.
