If you're thinking about a sort of 'trusted' badge, I wonder if this wouldn't be such a bad idea. Add milestones that are required to achieve it, whether it's reaching a certain number of sales, account age, or anything else.Although I fear this would cause a few issues in 'elitism'.

if there is going to be a badge i would suggest that the algorithm makes sure the developer has x amount of reputation as well as x amount of approved scripts
