I run my games in borderless window so I never add gif backgrounds cuz of the lag, if slideshows cause serious fps drop spikes then gifs are most than likely gonna b worst.

I have two monitors and one is diffrent size, regardless it's still better then having only one. ( Not counting ultra wide monitors obviously. ) Desktop

I use a 34 inch ultra wide (3440x1440) with two 1080p's 27 inch in either side, the ultrawide is fantastic for programming space.
