Paypal issues ?

Paypal often encounter some issues ; script not received after a Paypal payment, payment not possible, etc. It can be due to you or to their service depending of what "doesn't work" ; if it doesn't work in few hours, then it's probably due to you since their problems are quickly fixed.

There is also the fact if the authors PayPal is in negative balance you won't be able to buy it.

most of us can't read baguette but I think that's the funding issue error.

Means your credit card doesn't have enough funds or your bank/whatever the hell ur using is blocking the transaction

When i try to pay with credit card it's say's that my bank doesn't accept the payment, but i have accepted online buys with this card.. Hmmmm...

Paypal have remove my Account and my Bank account xD why i Pay here !! He is Realy Spooky ;D

Don't know if you already found the answer but maybe the seller's PayPal payment acceptance setup doesn't allow your type of currency? Not sure but just a thought.

Nah every creator and their mother has currency conversion turned on (it's in the knowledge base), especially gbans.
