[Fixed]Simplepay web page not working correctly

Hello, so i purchased SimplePay addon today (https://www.gmodstore.com/scripts/view/1727) and i have installed everything correctly, i even double checked if i use the web link in my browser or in-game same thing happens as displayed here https://gyazo.com/121cbce753dd437f84b744ad003d53a0

And there is no support button on the script page, so i have no idea what to do

Well, i thought the script was working fine, and overal rating was 4/5 stars, but thats not the point at the moment, i dont see the paypal button as you can see in the gif, i even installed php-bcmath

Do you know what could cause the issue? maybe I'm missing dependencies, but they aren't listed

Provide more info:

You are using a VPS I believe (Running Linux and latest PHP). He uses no or a free domain and uses latest version of Woadie's overpriced addon.

Alright im using no domain using debian 9 using latest php (tried to install bcmath) using a vps

Edited Also as Obitus suggested to get a domain, that didn't help either mistyshop.tk/shop

Edited Fixed it by reinstalling php completly using apt-get purge php*, anyways thanks everyone for helping me
