Framework on GmodStore
Hey, i currently working on a web addon... And i would like to use Symphony for making a safe and easy addons.
Symfony or other framework is accepted on GmodStore?
Any framework that requires the user to perform the installation of particular libraries is not going to do good here at all. Simply because 90% of anyone purchasing it, is not going to know how to go through that stuff. I haven't looked at Symphony but this is something to take into consideration. Most people just buy any old $5.00 hosting, and you're going to get a lot of refunds if it doesn't work out of the box with any hosting that the customer has.
https://laravel.com/ is used by that gay ban management system Tristan and Josh run, but it doesn't require a manual install user-end wise which you should never do because most hosts don't allow people to install frameworks.
If Laravel is acceptable Symfony surely will be
I'd rather you use micro frameworks instead of fully fledged frameworks where you'll never use most the features. All you'd effectively end up doing is increase the time it takes the user to upload the files.
