Now I'm not trying to sit here and say that you guys aren't doing shit or whatever. Hope you understand your work is appreciated :). But recently I've noticed that reports have been getting handled a lot less frequently than before.

I remember a few months back that reports (specifically on leakers and dumb reviews) got handled within a day or two at most usually, however, now I've noticed it's been taking a lot longer to get a report handled

For example, about 4-5 days ago I reported some guy who was being a dickhead with reviews, and that hasn't had a single moderator response. The guy then ends up leaking my script, and around 5 other scripts aswell. I placed a report on that about 3-4 days ago and still no response :(

Some other reports have been going on for over a week and the users being reported are still not banned

But, some reports have been going on for a lot longer, like one by Doctor Internet which was placed 3 weeks ago: enter image description here

Again, I'm not letting your guys' work go by uncredited or unappreciated, just wondering whats going :P

If anyones wondering why im a lil salty, it's because they guys I reporteds false comments are still under all my scripts and i've noticed a thicc decline in sales :(

May I ask who deals with the reports? Is it 1 or 2 specific mods? Or is it open for all mods to deal with? I remember seeing Harry/Richard deal with a lot of them.

to solve problems, is there a way that content creators able to delete useless comments/reviews with a reason if its not valid the comment/review stays

that could solve alot

You suggest that the script owners would be able to delete comments/reviews on their own scripts? That'd lead to huge censorship imo...

There will be easier ways to report them in the future version. The forum solution is not very elegant.

Yeah it's pretty rare that I even go on the forums except to visit the Refugee camp

Please remember that my staff are volunteers and do their best as they can. They try to split their time as much as possible, but the refugee camp usually takes up a lot of their time.

This is something we'll be addressing better as we move along, but as Marcuz stated it will have a better system in the new version of the website.
