-snip-
CSS only becomes cluttered if you're bad at it. I know I say functionality over design but you might wanna up-pen your design on it.
edit: from what it looks like you aligned everything in the center, centered content is usually only good for headings, if you have completely centered forums it's going to be even more ugly than it is now.

It just seems like CSS is one of those languages where you add a new line of code and it fixes your problem, but also breaks 20 other things. Just a huge pain in the ass. Anyways yeah I'll be updating the design either way. I'm adding drop down menus to minimize an bar clutter and I've made it so you can add a image to the header instead of text as well.
It only breaks if you don't know what you're doing. And if you for some reason are using other peoples' work then you can just override their CSS with !important.
edit: Also I was one of those people who downloaded your forums when you put it on FP, for the love of all of us use margin: 0; in your body, html please.
The more I look into the elements the more I die inside, instead of continuing with functionality, do design for a bit instead.
eesh that shit hurts my brain

Like I said before - I'll update eventually once the important stuff is done. Currently it's not top priority because it actually works and it's still a WIP. Obviously it won't be released with this design, though.
What patience? CSS is one of the easiest languages to use, and it's flexible and fun (imo)
copy and pasting stack overflow tutorials don't make you a back end developer :v

Easy to get started with but once you're doing something that's actually complicated every code change breaks something. In fact, this is probably one of the most accurate gifs ever
I use my own (hand-crafted) CSS and it's global on all my pages, it's over 200 lines (not much but more than yours no offense) and it has not even got complicated at all. Only thing I had trouble with is positioning which was fixed easily with trial and error very simply.

It's a completely new website, and there are (publicly) 3 pages but dedicating actual little bits of designs can take a lot up. Apart from that you can't really sum yours up to mine, all you can say is "I have an interactive php platform" which I almost meet standards up to cause I use steam api too just not so much user-interactive.

I checked the code of your website (yes I downloaded it when you had everything) and it doesn't seem like much, also your CSS is completely fucked up, you don't put height: 150% overflow: x x x;
Apart from that I'm not taking any part in this argument since it looks like I'm just talking to someone more ignorant than a brick wall. Anyways peace.

Stop crying, they were giving you criticism from the start. You're overreacting.
Anyway, please close this thread. We don't want an immature op.

Anyways peace.Says the person who can't read a few posts up to see that nearly all the code of mine you have downloaded is outdated and was replaced literally less then a day after uploading that to Facepunch (then updated again about two days later).
Whoa buddy, calm yourself, instead as taking everything as if the world is against you, why don't you take what he has to say in, because from what I see he has a lot more experience than you, and you're being a real ass hat, and CSS is as easy as LUA, so stop trying to make something harder than it is, and you don't need to raise an attitude with him because he was commenting on your design saying it was shit, because, well it is. He was just giving some tips, take your underwear out of your vagina and chill.
