I need help uploading an addon

Hi,

I paid for someone to make me a model but when he was done with it he did not upload it to the workshop. He just gave me the files. I took it upon myself to upload them (using gmpu), but they wont show up when i try to spawn them in game. Can someone either upload it for me or help me fix this?

Here is a picture of what I was talking about (the pack is called [LN] Charlie Model)

Thanks
