Best Way to Query Server for Custom Status Page?

Hey, just wondering what the best thing is to use to query my GMod server. I’m trying to build a custom status page for my community that shows stuff like player count (ideally in a graph), current map, server name, and all that jazz.

I’ve tried using SourceQuery but I’m not sure if I’m setting it up wrong — it keeps saying the server is offline even though it’s definitely online.

Any tips or suggestions would be super appreciated. Cheers!
