What if I get 4 tickets a month because my scripts are idiot proof - do you still want a cut and not a flat amount?

The more popular products get MORE tickets, not less. And it doesn't matter how "bug free" your script is. I get tickets all the time about how they don't know how to install, even when install instructions are provided. I get people sending me tickets about "I accidentally purchased this, I meant to buy X here." -- Or "great script! Here are an additional 2386 suggestions for you to add". "I installed your script, and it's broken, why would you sell a broken script!" and they ended up putting it in the wrong folder. I get on average, at least 5+ new tickets a day (busy days can project up to 20+ tickets. So, am I not idiot proof enough? Should I draw my script installation instructions with colorful crayons? What am I missing here. if there's a way to have scripts and not have any tickets, then please senpai, teach me your secrets.

That was me being sarcastic. The point of it was that there's no such thing as "idiot proof" and getting zero tickets. And the market has kids, yeah, but I find a lot of talented, and dedicated individuals who are actually running extremely successful communities.

Simple, if you have the extra funds, and you're a widely known developer with a large amount of tickets, then grab extra support. I see no issue with it, but saying that developers get tickets because their script's aren't "idiot proof" - um no.

Agreed, no matter how simple and EXPLAINED the script is, you still get shit tons of tickets lmao.
