Does anyone know of an addon that includes the following?

I've looked around on Gmodstore & Google and i can't find anything.

If this isn't currently a thing, does anyone have an estimate on how much it would cost to make?

I literally said i've looked around on gmodstore and google. I mentioned that it needs a 'Button to open/close'.

Might want to read next time Hades

Dont get aggressive, Im sure he was just trying to help.

Sorry, i've had like 10 people send me that link today. I specifically said WITH A BUTTON TO OPEN AND CLOSE but they just don't read i guess :/

Why not, instead of be a dick, buy that addon, then post a job to get buttons added? Problemo solved!

Maybe people should suggest that instead of just posting a link. Thanks for the idea :)
