Server Optimization
How can I optimize my server? Do I remove some addons? I want my players to have less lag / more fps. Any help is appreciated greatly.

Using something like FProfiler allows you to monitor the addons that are pulling the most resources. If you're seriously looking to optimize your server, that's the place to start imo.

Because that's what kids want and kids make Gmod servers money shrug
Never heard of people wanting poo in servers. Atleast in my country people want playable content and no shit. But well then. Running a server isn‘t about getting money either, you should always invest. Its for fun mostly

I’m not saying owning a server is for the money. I’m telling you the reason most server owners add it to their servers.
DarkRP servers in 2018 are made in the first place to produce income. Anyone that owns a popular server and tells you otherwise, is lying.
