Horrible way to make money, they made less on subscriptions than they do on commissions Marcuz said it himself.

It would not only hurt the content creators but the market itself, gmodstore isn't in a fund crisis or near it and if it becomes a threat then there's multiple ways to handle it other than hurting the market and it's creators.

That's not how it works. You can also stop paying taxes (there are ways) so YOU have more money, but you can imagine that this money is missing at some other end (in this case GmodStore).

Even with your stupid suggestion, your math is if EVERY SCRIPT HAD A MONTHLY FEE. Most scripts are from developers who already have 3-4 scripts on the market. So your "estimated total" is nowhere near what would be produced.

Based on active developers, and many developers having multiple scripts (hell, I think I have 20 on my own), you're actually looking at them making MAYBE $1,500 ~ $2,500 /mo, and that's being generous.

We had developer subs before.

They sucked.

End of story.

I don't think it's fair to say that - I think ultimately they just have their time and place.

In a market place this it doesn't work out nearly as well as it may in another situation.

I think we should have both. and dev subs be $50 a month. That way we can pretend like we're not on this site making money for our selves, but for the staff instead.

I also think Trump is the best king.
