Just a simple designer

Question, these vectors you are using, did you make them? or did you just rip them off some website and didn't credit the author of it.

Would be nice if you could not claim other peoples icons as your own work......

I presume it would be okay to remake the icons but making them somewhat different from the original, but directly 'ripping' them and just doing a quick colour change isnt....

I don't see where he said that he made these icons? These look like some simple web pages or logos.

He just posted screenshots of stuff he made with these icons and because these are just screenshots of the stuff he made, he doesn't have to post any copyright here. Copyright needs to be posted on file/website where the material is actually used. If he had posted screenshots for modified icons and just the icons advertising he is making the icons - then there would be a problem.

It would make sense to state that the icons are not yours instead of not including that in the original post. From most of our perspectives, it looks like he's made the icons to why we're starting to question it because he hasent stated as such.

The terms that you encircled are the following:

1. Sublicense, sell or rent any contents (or a modified version of them).
2. Distribute Flaticon's Contents unless it has been expressly authorized by Flaticon.
3. Include Flaticon's Contents in an online or offline database or file.
4. Offering Flaticon's Contents designs (or modified Flaticon Contents versions) for download.

None of this have anything even remotely to do with his post. All of these terms apply if he had a platform/website from which he was distributing the said icons in a raw or altered form that still resembles the raw form.

Our designer here certainly made a shitpost, probably is not much of a designer and yeah he probably should have disclosed that he didn't make the icons(morally) - but there is no legal case here which you, I think, are trying to make.

Only case you should be making is that he is not much of a designer when he uses icons someone else made to make a design that features these icons as a focus point in his design.

A designer isn't someone who picks up images from google and places them into their "designs". You're not a designer, you are a basic person who rips off stuff and sells it as his own, you DON"T sell things you didn't make, that's a terrible joke.

Whenever you make a design remember my words, otherwise you will just end up being sued, if you make something, credit the author if you took something from him.

You're so hypocritical it's actually making me hard. Go on your profile and you have a nice graphic on there showing information about you. Then there's the "Quality, Fast and Clean" section.

I'm guessing you "picked that up from google" too? I mean I just typed in "php code background" and that was the 6th image down.

TBH the kid didn't even say that he made those icons at all, plus they are on a website to freely download, but so is yours.

I love designs, especially digital design or basically graphic design. I do agree with everyone else, if you used someone else's artwork, you need to credit them. You're lucky enough that the worse they can do on here is possibly a lock/warn/banned. But if you did that in the real world and didn't credit the original creator, basically stealing their art (like others said), you can be charged with a fine or get arrested. Usually they give you a warning and then the punishment gets stricter each time.

Your designs are really bad in my opinion. I understand how simple designs are but it looks... I don't know how to say it... Messy??? For example, the first image looks very jaggity (however you spell it) and to me, it doesn't seem good. While the second and third image looks out of place, the part that bothers me one the second image is the corners. Do you want it to be lopsided or what? The third image is just pure random, makes no sense. I see there's another image but it's an error for me, so I'll skip it. The last image looks basic. But personally, I wouldn't want to buy that design if it's like that, I'm sure anyone can make something as simple as that.

I hope I'm getting this answer correctly from Google Research (Cannot link). Disconnected Hacker or basically Drop Hack is a bug where the hacker themselves can disconnect everyone in the game or a program. It's an exploit.

I've seen what's returned by the search but I'm not convinced that's what it's about. Those pages just contain words like disconnect and hack.
