Browsers [not brazzers]
So I currently have been an avid chrome user for quite some time now. Just recently have switch to waterfox (a 64-bit fork of waterfox). Which was quite a hard move for me, as I have been primarily a chrome user since it's release, but so far have been quite in love with it.
Which browser is your daily driver, and why?
Chrome; Excellent compatibility across devices. That's pretty much it.

Makes sense, but currently I rarely use my phone, or anything outside of my computer, so I don't really care for that aspect.
Chrome always, not only the best extensions they're easy to make along with -webkit-scrollbar to get rid of the shitty scrollbars and anything else webkit supportive which is usually every loading screen for some odd reason.
I never enjoyed firefox, it seemed too in the way and more of it's UI was shown than chrome was just making a complete mess.
Chrome IMO rapes your ram. Despite me having a 16gb system, i always see chrome at the top of my task manager raping me RAM. So I use firefox. It does freeze sometimes but thats rarely and if you have a shit load of addons. Otherwise firefox is light and less ram intensive

lol
it only eats your RAM if you have a stupid amount of extensions
plus Chrome is a multi-process browser, it's meant to do that and that's why it's really quick.
>plebs not having 32gb ram
plus just look at the task manager to find out what's eating your ram if you're really having a problem

fuck you Billy Chrome is AIDS

browser score means nothing and you're fucking high or something because idk what you're on about with text rendering.enjoy not having RAM.firefox > chrome all day every day.
At the cost of the fastest browser on the internet I'd risk ram, everyone should have a lot of RAM in this century it's fucking 2016 and 16 gb is like $20 at a pawn shop.
firefox is for old people who don't know what chrome is and like their screen cluttered with useless UI.

it means that Chrome has more features and conforms to more Internet standards than firefox
Firefox's text rendering is shit, that's all lmao

Cheapest 16gb I saw on first few Google results were a minimum of $60.
Anyways, I'd rather have RAM to spare + a browser that doesn't track me over shitty plugins and maybe 1 second faster load time (yes I actually tested this. Feel free to try it yourself).
Speaking of UI, FIrefox and Chrome are nearly identical (aside from the google search bar and like 3 buttons).

have you ever used Firefox before? There is literally nothing wrong with text rendering you dongo.
lol ok
do a proper test. kill all other programs, and see how much memory Chrome uses. Compare that to Firefox.
I used to be working on Firefox, and then i moved on Waterfox because it was really faster, only because of Intel's CPP compiler and SSE4* instructions.
Then moved to chrome because it was really really really faster and i had 16gb ram.
That's true, Chrome use a lot of ram, but does not die when a tab dies.

if you want a browser that doesn't track you, make ur own kek
also the load time literally depends on how much shit you have bogged down, there's loads of factors

no

yes, I use it for testing cross compatibility, I hate it

i never said Chrome uses less memory

UI is similar in texture but on Firefox it's over-sized and all over the place while on chrome it's just a top-bar and nothing more, the size of it is perfect too.
What are you going to be doing with that extra RAM?? chrome legit takes 1 gb without extensions and that s cause it's the fastest browser on the internet which im willing to risk. I have 2 heavy load extensions that only bring it up 500 more megabytes..
I used firefox btw the computer in the other room has it installed and im not allowed to change it cause it has addons on it, it's slow as fuck and i hate it.
Here's a stress test from a low-budget PC/Laptop:
I have 7.86 gb of RAM (to use, 8 generally) and I run chrome with a shit ton of tabs open and I play tf2/warframe/gmod flawlessly with no performance (while playing music from Pandora) issues apart from the shitty internet I'm currently running off of. And to take to note I have these fine programs open almost 24/7 http://i.satanseye.com/efsqx.png
Chrome doesn't impact your PC how much you think it does.
