Do you prefer a professional Job Post?

First Thread Made. I'm just interested to see what people prefer when you see a job post and consider it. As I've recently decided to start posting job posts with a professional format but do people pefer that or just a sentence asking for a certain task?

What's your thoughts on this?
Professional is almost certainly preferred by all devs out there. Title, Description of what you want, Budget and Contact are a must have.
I certainly agree. But I find people do not read before they apply or contact the job post properly though.
I usually don't apply for jobs with 'I need help fixing somthing PM me please'
You will get applications faster with 'Hello, some of the players on my server are experiencing crashing when near money printers'
