Probably: 1 STAR: Doesn't work pls refund..

No need to assume, maybe he gave 3 stars and Gurr wasn't a fan of what he said to = 3 stars?

almost 99% of reviews that are removed don't follow the basic guidelines, you can't just whisk away a review because you don't like it, they have to be low quality, non-descriptive, or they have malicious intent.

this is the review that I post, the basics are given. however apparently only receives 5 "stars"

I have waited almost 2 weeks to make this revision. I have given time to the creator, I have been in contact (although I ignore my messages) As an experienced user, I have used ULX for more than 6 years, my servers run with a work of optimization and adatapcion of contents. (10 years of community)

Serverguard: before purchasing it, I consulted the creator if it was possible to import the data from ulx to serverguard. He answered yes. when installing it on my server, I see that the function (serverguard_importulx) does not work. and throws errors. Investigating in the support forum, I see that the function does not work for months, I report the error and they blame me and my server for being the defective one.

nobody is responsible, nobody responds with solutions. That's why, for my serverguard, it's not serious at all.

something as sensitive as the administration system (Ranks, vips, bans, data) I can not entrust to "programmers" who are one day and another is not. In a good way I asked for the reimbursement of this addon, since for what I am concerned this is a scam. since the only condition that I need is to import data from ulx to serverguard, which is made clear that it is possible.

Basically, I bought an addon that I can not use. 1 month before acquiring the addon, consult the creator.

Hi again nissaN - and I say again because as you know, we have spoken many many times last few weeks. During all our conversations, I have tried to help you and explain what is necessary for that to happen.

To begin with, I wanted to see if your issue was one that could be replicated. Therefore, I instructed our support staff and developers to test the ULX-import feature of ServerGuard. On multiple occasions, we carried out successful imports of ULX data and the feature worked exactly as intended and described by us.

Of course, your situation may be unique - you may have some addons unknown to us that could complicate matters, or anything else specific to your server that leads to different results. We do not take responsibility for the compatibility of your chosen additional addons, but I wanted to help you out. Therefore, I once again instructed our support staff and hourly paid developers to assist you directly. To do so, they needed to add you on Steam so they could communicate with you about the issue. You refused to accept their friend invites and told me directly that it was fully intentional.

I pleaded with you to let me investigate your issue and help you. All the while, you just demanded a refund. We use a "reasonable" refund policy and state clearly that we reserve the right to decline refunds once our mod has been downloaded. Yet, I would absolutely have refunded you if my developers and support staff had not been able to solve your problem. But you never gave them the chance, and instead tried to threaten me into giving you a refund you were not eligible to. Refunding you would have been easy and cheap - I would have avoided your review and this thread. But doing so, would also have been wrong. It would have been unfair to all my other customers who have experienced individual issues on their servers alongside ServerGuard, but respected my refund policy and allowed me to support them. I stand by my decision, and once again offer you - despite this misleading thread and your review - our help in solving your issue. All you need to do is add me on Steam again and I'll make sure it's done. If we're not successful, my offer of a full refund still stands.

using the ulx / ulib version of github does not work.

using version 2.63 it imports the data, except the bans (sqlite)

Edited What do I do, I wait 2 more weeks to complete the month?

I will formally ask for the refund of my money. you promised that your addon worked as you said and it is not like that.

Gurrazor and his Team are great people, they've helped myself out in the past, and you can clearly see he's trying to help you with your problem.

Serverguard is not Fraud, you aren't owed jackshit, and the way you've been conducting yourself on this thread makes me question why Gurrazor is still willing to assist you. You've just been a jackass

You're so arrogant it's kind of funny.

Gurrazor and his team have shown multiple times that they have tried to give you support, and they have also gone well above and beyond the basic support level.

You seem to have some sort of issue with people. I would try and chill a little bit before trying to get support again. Remember, everyone here is human, so please have patience and work with them, as they are trying their hardest to solve your problem.

And for the refund, that is completely up to the script author's discretion.

Just saving myself from any future issues.

I highly recommend you stop posting until Gurrazor attempts to give you more assistance - considering you already had turned down his previous offers.
