An Idea for an Addon

I have an idea for an Addon, the basic overview of the add-on would be a self and on command updating for server statistics. They will display to either an in-game menu or an external web page.
The info that will display is:
Unique Users Joined
New Unique Users Joined
Total Play Time Over All Unique Users
Unique Users banned
Total Ban Time
Unique Users Kicked
Unique Users Warned
Unique Users Jailed
Total Jail Time
Etc.
I just am wondering what an add-on like this would be priced at and if it is even an add-on I should put my time into.
So any staff system or serverguard?
I would have support for all the major Admin Mods.
He's implying that the features you want to create are in some of the major admin systems
