Hello, everyone!I am looking for somebody to help Co-Own a community with me, I don't have a job at the moment so I can't afford all the payment.So, the server will be under the Prophunt game mode. I can afford all scripts needed to start us off. The server will be hosted in either Melbourne or Sydney. The community will have a ts and forum. We'll discuss a name and other information once added. Before anything please make sure you have a spare $70 - $80 to spend, not saying we definitely will spend that much money, but just in case. I am the founder of this community, I am an Owner and you are a Co-Owner. Our ranks and power will both be the same.Requirements (This is just briefly gone over a lot more to be explained when added.):Able to pay $32 for the server monthly.Able to pay (Still Finding) for the forum host monthly.Able to pay (Still Finding) for the forum design. (Not Monthly)I can pay for the TeamSpeak only because they are cheap.14+Needs to provide previous/current staff experience.Has a good sounding microphone.P.s. must be Australian.

Anyways I wouldn't be on ScriptFodder asking for staff, wait for players to apply and then get promoted through time instead of promoting favoritism (your community though so you can run it however)

So, you are asking for us to be a sugar daddy and pay for all the things you want? Surely the Owner and Founder should put in an investment which will jump start the community and not asking the Co-Owner (Who probably has a lot less permissions etc to do with the server) to pay for everything? Worst post, worst place.

EDIT: And just to add, he is only willing to pay for Teamspeak because it is "cheap" LOL.

You say that you haven't got a job and cannot fund it, if you do not have the funds, do not start a server.

I heard there is this really good place that has a lot of fairly decent people looking to start servers and what not maybe you can find someone to help you here

Just reminding you that you haven't given your monthly toll of ramen.

On the main note, here's a compilation of my posts I made in another thread.

This is probably one of the worst things that you can do. You're asking random people who've you never met before to run your server as staff, instead of just using players who frequent your servers

You're posting in a public forum, no offense but anyone who would be good at it will not contact you. You'll get mostly kiddies.

To add to this why would anyone join you and put money in something that they have to share when they can just run it themselves, decide the direction it takes, and keep any donation money made instead of sharing it with you?

In my opinion you should not be running something you cannot financially support without donations and help, otherwise it cannot last and will not be able to grow as it needs.
