Unable to Purchase Scripts
I have this error like the whole day I guess and I will not be fixed and I though it will be fixed automatically by you.
We have nothing to do with that. Usually that error comes from either your paypal having issues, or the developer's paypal. I've seen it happen if the developer has a negative balance in their paypal account.
Whos script are you trying to buy?
Capster. OS X F4 Menu but I have tried it on multiple scripts and it's always the same error.
My PayPal is working as I have bought something yesterday from a server. It 99% must be gmodstore which causes this errors as the logo is also a bit buggy.
Edit: Please fix that as I really want to buy that script for my server.
Same Issue
This is usually caused by the seller's PayPal balance being negative, and GmodStore is therefore unable to take their cut of the sales.
As ARitz said, or the user is limited for a variety of reasons. Results in them being unable to receive money until it's fixed.
But nearly every script I want to buy is unable. I have tried 30 scripts with my paypal and it always says the same thing.
Then it'll be your PayPal.
Ensure you have a bank/card added, this verify's your PayPal and lets you purchase anything. Sometimes, if you're not verified, the amount of thins you can buy is limited per day.

Contact PayPal via phone. Only thing you can do, really.
