we do have a good host we use a dedicated server from zare. you can't say that a server will never have problems or not go down that's just stupid.

If your server goes down for long periods of time more than once, then you have a shit host, it's simple as that. No server should go down anywhere near a length that requires compensation for the players who've purchased time based items.

it's not a matter of how and when. the fact is if people pay for something and there is an issue they should be compensated.
There won't be such a feature. As others said, your host should guarantee an uptime around 99,9%. If that's not the case, you should switch over to a better hoster. You can use these two SQL command to extend all packages manually:
UPDATE gex_packages_bought SET expires = DATE_ADD(expires, INTERVAL 2 DAY)
UPDATE gex_rewards SET expires = DATE_ADD(expires, INTERVAL 2 DAY)
Not tested, and no guarantee for it to not cause any problems.

You could try using this free addon. I don't know if it is working, but it looks okay. However, you need to set ``GExtension.EnableReplaceULibBans = true` in the sh_config.lua.
I may will implement such a feature in GExtension in the future. But it doesn't have priority.

That free Addon could be a Problem, because we are using Serverguard and this Script seems to use ULX

This will come with a restructuring of the payment gateway system. But this will take a while and I need to finish other things before that.
I can wait :) I'm a patient man, I waited for 2 years for an addon to be fixed before I gave up and offered to do it myself xD

There will be an Discord integration, but I did not start working on it yet.

Further elaborate on your "leagel" requirement
In the eu you have the right to withdraw from a purchase for digital content without charge and without giving any reason for 14 days.
with these two sentences you dont have to give the money back. I agree that the xyz-community provides me immediate access to digital content as soon as I complete this purchase, without waiting the 14-day withdrawal period. Therefore, I expressly waive my right to withdraw from this purchase.
