What are good teleporter addons?

Hello! So a long time ago, I had teleporters on my server that users could walk into and auto teleport to a location on the map.

The same EXACT addon (im assuming) SmokesServer uses.

And i no longer know what it was called or where i found it. If you know, please let me know!

Thank you so much.
