Looking For Staff And Experienced Developer
I'm making a server and I have been told I need a skilled Dev. and I also need a staff team so I guess first few get staff for free. and I may need some willing people to pay for scripts.

but i have to pay them and i want a dev for free.
I assume the skilled developer needs to be able to make darkrp jobs?

If i told you to work full time on my server would you do it? No pay, no compensation, no donations, nothing, just constantly working on a server and not getting anything out of it? Would you say yes? Genuinely ask yourself this question numbnuts

The only thing close to a “developer” you’ll get for free is a power hungry kid who nuts over ranks in games. He will constantly abuse your whole playerbase and probably fuck your whole server before you can count to 5.

The amount of work the dev does compared to what you're currently doing they might as well start their own community. so they don't need to rely on paychecks by somebody who does nothing.
This is for sure in the wrong section, you use the job section. However, please don't think that anybody on this site will do any work for you without payment. If you want to make a server, be active and hire your own staff. Pour money in the project if you care about it, and don't expect others to pay for you...
