Ballsy by EliteAce

EliteAce have been spoofing their PoliceRP server for months now (Essentially ruining the gamemode as a result). There's been many attempts to have their community blacklisted, but all have failed because there is no "proof" it's them. They've always been arguing that someone else has been doing it in an attempt to get them blacklisted. Tho you'd question why someone would do it for so long if it's continued to fail to work? Along with that, they often delete/remove messages in their Discord when confronted or asked about it (Not an admission of guilt, but you'd think they'd want to be super clear they're being set up if anyone asked).

There's no proof on either side, they could be getting targeted, and I trust that Facepunch have done their research and have reason behind not blacklisting them. But as their community continue to grow from this, there comes a point where you question the situation a little too much.

The "DarkRP Remastered" with the redirect server popped up again. And It's like nr 3 on the gamemodelist...

I wonder if now that they're spoofing a gamemode with the big fish (DarkRP which has the bigboy servers, compared to PoliceRP which is like a 300 player average), more people will complain and they'll actually be blacklisted this time?

They were also just spoofing within the PoliceRP category before. Them now being in a separate section is rather interesting.

If its true what you say «they claim someone else is doing it». Why would anyone continue to target them if they just continue growing from it?

I think (no claim, just my opinion) that it comes from the top of the community or from someone that wants to see them reach high.

I guess for some of us that struggles to breach through could just get a loyal player to do it then claim innocence (pun inteded) :>

Not to mention that they have their main servers content on the redirect servers (DarkRP Remastered), and have 0 content on the their main server to download when joining. The clients download all of the content while joining the redirect server so they can easily redirect them back to the main server. It would have to be someone who has access to the main server but facepunch seems pretty blind about this.

Last time I checked they were still there and from what replies I've seen here so far they aren't getting removed despite many reports. So the way I see it is the only way you can fight this, is with putting up own servers in their "DarkRP Remastered" section and spoof slots with redirect to yours? at least then it would more "fair" since they wouldn't get all the players. Not saying we should do this at all, but if others did it many it would soon get handled, because right now they are gaining so many players by cheating the system we all play by.

This community used to be called Civant Gaming. Ora and Christian Developed it. They spoofed their playerbase hella. After noticing it was gonna die, they leaked players IPs including mine. Christian left Civant Gaming once it started to die and created EliteAce. When he first launched, he spoofed the playerbase too with that. Civant Gaming was blacklisted in the past due to Spoofing. Thats the original reason why Ora shut down the community. Elite Ace is very shady. I used to be a support agent for their old hosting company and they 100% spoofed their playerbase. The owner is also a shady man that originally wanted to take down rival servers maliciously.

Howdy just a random dev for eliteace but the servers in question were blacklisted email some guy off of some steam profile for facepunch support as for the other allegation's i have no knowledge about before i joined the community but regardless all those servers that i could find my self were blacklisted when i sent an email and they havent been up a week since so yea...

Not to respond 3 days late or anything, but just to expand on that. He still does apparently still try and take down rival servers. A server that hasn't even been officially released reportedly had a attempted (not sure if successful or not) DDOS attack, had an elite ace staff member (Not saying who for their own sake. Hate the guy, and got personal beef with him but still.) sent to them to offer to be a dev in and they soon realized that the code was full of back doors. Generally strange behavior that the server owner had said it linked back to elite ace. And said server was apparently targeted since the staff there consisted of old elite ace staff that left for one reason or another. However I guess reports are just reports, not too much evidence behind them. But it's not too hard to believe it could happen knowing Christians history.

Yeah, the owner is not too great of a guy from what i’ve seen, nothing personal. I remember this dude coming onto GamingLight PoliceRP on like 30 alts and just being a complete ass and giving the Mods a hell of a time on there (cant really blame him though GL can be a bit scummy). I’d love to see them grow a server from the ground up without any outside or any other twisted/scummy aid.

Can’t wait to see him try and come after my server after he sees this post.

Another Former EliteAce Mod here, Can Agree. Very Shady. For example when I left the community some of the Higher Ups ended up in my Server Discord without my knowledge, I'm sure someone sent out the Invite. But it certainly brings up concern that they are Spying/have malicious intent when they chose to say nothing and quietly browse server development information. (Keep in mind this doesn't go for everyone just specific "Bad Apples" if you will)

During my Time with EliteAce (Short 3 weeks) I dealt with a daily barrage of really honest and intelligent players actually asking legitimate questions about the servers shady practices, and I felt like my job was to regurgitate information even I myself didn't believe. Steer the conversation away from real discourse and simply lie. No personal hate towards EliteAce, But Gosh. It's an experience to say the least. And If it makes anyone feel better, The Backdoors are gone, The EliteAce DarkRP situation has resolved, and they are currently averaging 0 playercount. Seems as though the Community finally awoke. Nonetheless as I said before, It was a learning Experience for everyone involved, And I simply wish the best for EliteAce staff moving forwards. The Owner... idk maybe a different opinion in him from what i've heard, But thats not my place. Just wanted to share some input regarding my experience!

The server is botted via redirectes servers like Restrixc said we was told "So an old owner of the server had quit and is now trying to get this server banned, so they have bot servers that redirect to this one to attempt to get us blacklisted." its not hard to put 2 & 2 together.

1. who would waste money on a server that wont benefit 1 in any way?
2. why would they be botting the servers and all the servers for almost a year now?
3. Who was this Ex Owner and No one but the owners knows??? Cant be Nacy because thats Chritian or Davids alt discord - if it was a " Civant Gaming " Ex owner what is his name and wheres the proof?
4. why everytime a new server from Eliteace comes out the spoofing is ready to be Launched? Like the person already knows the server is releasing

I know one of the owners will see this. Please Clear up the air and explain With proof.
