Not spawning with custom character models

So i have an addon which lets players create there own custom characters from the list and when players first join it works for them and its great but when they join back or change job they don't get there model they have to do kill in console and then it will work sometimes its really annoying i am just writing this to see if anyone know what the problem is?
i have contacted the script owner and he said "its just my server" but i dont think it is i may have done something wrong i haven't done a certain thing can anyone help?
Do you have any errors or a config you've edited? Support should be better then that tbh
No errors in the console or the RCON thats the first thing i checked for
