Can't purchase vehicles with William's Car Dealer (nutscript)

Console spits out errors when I try to purchase a vehicle from my car shop.

OK, got it to work.

I later restarted the server and now I can't interact with the NPC. No errors, simply doesn't let me in the NPC buy menu.
