Gmod Mapper! Custom maps, edits

Im F3LP0X, welcome to my "Hire me section" thread!

General Info:

Owner of Unity Networks and Source Level Designer. I worked on multiple servers within Garry's Mod, I have been creating content for my communities for over 2 years. I started mapping for CS: Source and quickly adapted to the Gmod style. I consider myself an advanced user in level design and can deliver fast and optimized work to my client. To this day I am still polishing, learning and improving my techniques, my most recent work was an RP_Anaxes edition, in which I learned a lot in the development period and reached my highest level in hammer. I leave you the images below! Btw, English is not my main language! I speak in Spanish but I can speak English without problem although I may not be perfect in the language.

My prices vary according to what I must do and the time that I must invest in it. If you need an edit we could talk between 20 - 600 usd, depending on what needs to be done. Obviously if you ask me to add a lot of content and change almost the entire original map the price will go up. Optimization: I do not have a defined price for this, it will depend 100% on the time it takes me and it could cost a maximum of 250 usd if the work is very large. Maps from scratch: It could take me up to 2 months depending on the size of the map to develop one, my prices for this type of work range from 120 - 990 usd.

You can pay me after work only if I know you / i have previously worked with you or you are a mutual friend or someone you trust.

I must receive 50% of the price when I have done 50% of the work, after finishing the map and having corrected bugs you must pay me the remaining 50%.

What do i need to start working:

1. A map design / plan that gives me all the necessary information to start working.
2. Gamemode information, yes, it sounds unnecessary, but I need to delve into what you want to create in order to provide creativity and a higher quality of design. If possible, specify the mechanics and how the map should be played.
3. Time for preparations. When the budget and the work is confirmed, I need some time to plan how I will put it together and make test designs to be able to guide myself with the visual aspect.

What I expect from you:

From you I expect respect for my time and work, please, do not be a toxic person and do not send 9,999 messages to my private. I usually answer quickly, but if I don't, it's because I'm really busy. Once we have defined the work, do not ask me for 20 extra things that you had not previously told me, surely I will end up accepting some extra things but if they exceed my time, I should charge you extra for them.

Work conditions:

1. Once the final product is delivered, I will only edit it if there is a bug that I have created myself. If the map is an edit and the bug found was previously in the map I will not fix it since I did not.
2. If you want me to use certain textures of a map that you like, you must provide them to me yourself. Everything must be sent via mediafire, mega or google drive.
3. You should give me a complete design of the map or the editions you want. Once the price has been assigned and I have started to work you will not be able to change the content, I will specifically do what is described in the document for the agreed price.
4. I will not share the VMF of the map in question and save my work for security reasons. I will grant the VMF only if it is necessary and it's an edit or you wanna pay extra.
5. I will leave a texture with my name, photo and contact details in hidden sectors of the map as well as in the spawn. This message will also contain details of the community and what I did at work.
