Sandbox server slow load times

Hello, Lately my sandbox server has been showing up very slowly in the sandbox list.

The amount of players has decreased alot since we don't show up almost instantly like we used to do.

What causes the slower loading times in the serverlist and how can i improve it?

Thank you
