You should offer some technical specs on your website, it's all good selling 128 slot servers but if they only have 256mb ram (Which you don't make clear) then it's a waste of money. Not trying to poke holes or saying that they do have poor specs, instead stating that you should say what specs are given, just some constructive criticism.

#Initial Thoughts

Starting off with I like how responsive and open the web portal is. The website has no dead links that I can notice yet, everything loads quickly, and I haven't had a moment where I was lost. The color scheme is great, and the only suggestion I can think of is at the top right, on the bar where 'Home, Order' Support' is, you should add sort of how SF has it when you're logged in. That way people know without having to go to the client area if they're logged in or not.

##Customer View

Customer View

The client web portal is incredibly laid out. It's simple, straight forward, and everything you need is there from your active servers, to your orders, to your invoices, and to any tickets you've had. They've managed to put it all in one place, and everything that you could actually need is right there. I honestly at this moment can't think of any suggestions for it since they pulled it off well.

##Ordering Server

Ordering

From what I can see pricing is fair, for a 12 slot I would only be paying (if I hadn't won) $5.40 monthly. In my opinion this is great for new users who want to host a server, but don't want to spend a lot of money like they would at Nuclear Fallout Servers.

To give you a price comparison, on Nuclear Fallout's order page you would be paying $10.79 for a 12 slot, whereas on Intuitive Servers' order page you can expect to pay essentially half that price at $5.40 for a 12 slot.

Now about the server stability, I'm not sure as of right now. I will definitely be posting about it later to give my feedback on how stable they are, uptime, ease of access, any lag, or any such issues. But they're already competitive with the pricing, and if they claim to be as stable as they are it seems like they may be a good choice.

On top of just Garry's Mod servers, they also host servers for Rust, CS:GO, and CS:S. This is even better for those communities who want to expand their server. From what I can see they currently do not have Team Fortress Two, but if you look at their game servers page it looks like they plan on having the ability to host all these different servers. So if you have a bigger community and are looking to switch hosts, they are able to encompass any additional games that you host off of.

##Big issue

Just a note, when you do register they send an email confirming your account. They also send your password in said email, which is NOT acceptable on any regards. I use randomly generated passwords anyway so it's not as messy for me, but regardless this is a huge security risk.

I also severely hope that they are not storing passwords in plain text considering this was sent out.

##Final Thoughts

All in all this site works well, offers competitive pricing, and is only just starting with what games it offers. Other than the security issue (which I hope is worked out fast), I would suggest this service as it stands.

Now keep in mind I haven't stress tested the server yet, or gotten access to one, so this is just a face-value review, when I test out the servers then I will post about the quality of them. So take my review lightly until the servers are tested out, but for the price it isn't that big a hit if you want to try it out yourselves.

Shit and i get last month a cheap Linux Root

tbh there's always a catch as to why things are cheaper, cause the more people the more equipment, and if you got a lot of customers you'll need a TON of equipment. I feel like right now they're at like 20 customers or something small, and once they start going up to maybe 400 they'll have to start rasing the prices cause

The Machines will cost more To hire more people to maintain support and the machines (if you wanna run a good company) And buying more machines in general along with other locations around the globe.

It's general standards in any hosting company, sure their prices will be good for now but they will raise if the get popular, that's why everyone else he's mentioned is more expensive, they got more to take care of and need the money to do it.

Edited Not to mention some games take more power over others so that's gonna make your cost go up even more. (The host)

We list server specs here. All CPU/RAM/Bandwidth is unmetered.

We currently use one of the most secure and robust billing systems on the market. All passwords are encrypted, all the time. I have disabled the feature that was sending the password in the registration email, thanks for the report.

I was speaking to someone who works for Intuitive and he claimed you block attacks on layers 1, 2, 5, 6 which is interesting. You seem to just use voxility which makes claiming you "[specialize] in DDoS protection" sound like you really don't know much about the market, they have multiple vunerbilities and hardly cover layer 7. I don't see any unique selling point here, but then again, your website is currently down

I'm currently able to connect to the website just fine.

Cause it just came back up????

Also why do you offer 0 web hosting? And have a CPanel "for webhosting"??

Edited And why are 90% of the game servers on your "Order Game Server" panel not clickable? Is it cause they're not there?

Edited Also this pops up on your "One portal"

The website was down for 2 minutes or less due to hardware upgrades on our end.
