i dont get support at all from some script creator

hey, i dont know why but all of my tickets get ignored, on some i got replys, but some other (very) important addons, i dont get any reply and the creators are active. below a screen of my open tickets

the first one was fresh created so that is (currently) not that 'important'

VCMod has thousands of customers and just 1 guy doing the tickets, mGangs has hundreds and 1 support agent, raychamp is just a horrible content creator, and pay & play same thing as the first 2.

Just wait, I hate people who are impatient in tickets and spam because we didn't answer them in 2 minutes so they reply constantly.

with vcmod i had also another ticket (somewhere between that time), which got a (solved) reply,

why should he be banned? (cause as far as i saw i didnt got any addon of him)

Edited damn, whoever check my GDrug report, i missed something, like that i had a support with Olivia (ItemStore) and i found out that GDrugs version 1.24 is ok, with 1.26 (the last update) it conflicts with ItemStore, the ticketID of that is 56782. also that in the conversation is another one with problems
