Hello, i have a little look at f4 menu are very resemblant of Elite f4menu You think i can take a version for the better (config, disign, more) I want to ask if I have the right?

You cannot sell other peoples code on the site, no matter how much you "modify" it. If you want to make a modified version of the F4 menu you need to get written permission from the original author. Read these two articles please:
