Best Weapon & Vehicle addons for server

Hey, I found this forum very helpful recently and I'd appreciate it if I could get a couple of suggestions regarding the weapon packs and vehicles. I have a roleplay server which currently has FA:S weapons on but It just seems a little bit too crowded and the reload sounds and stuff has some issues, if there's anything besides M9K and FA:S that'd be good.

My question is, what is the best Weapon and Vehicle pack with everything taken into account? Quality, and something that won't flood the server with ridiculous amounts of downloads for people joining, or is there something on the gmodstore where I can purchase to decrease waiting times and compress files?
