[Opinions Needed] New DLC - SFPortal - V2 Design

I have spent the last few weeks working on a new design for SFPortal since it is now reaching the end of core development wanted to update the frontend to a more modern framework.

Looking for feedback on the new design to make it better/improve on existing ideas. (Now fully mobile responsive + Made Forum Design Responsive)

Site is 95% done just need to add some links etc and add some additional features to the full release. (Blue banners may still have placeholder texts)
