Okay so I run a new server and I'd like to add to models we had made not long ago. Now although the addons look great and I quite like them, I would like to add options such as coats and medals etc. The server is East Germany RP so of course the uniforms will be both militaristic and police based.
From your guys' experience how much would I be paying for something like this? I understand it'll probably be a lot to get good quality modelling done. I just need some sort of price range or an average maybe?

Can you be more specific of what you need?
Are you looking to only purchase coats and medals models or looking for your player models to be modified to have coats and medals? Or does the job involve scripting a store to purchase coats and medals on the custom models you have already.
You will need to specify more requirements for what you need.
Ah so basically we have the playermodels already. They have uniforms etc. But the commendations are just bars, I'd like to have specific medal models added to the model so that they can be added in bodygroupr. As well as making the model with coat skin.
So basically I need a model that is already made to be modified to have coats and medals so that they can be added in bodygroupr
